Welcome to my tutorial section!
When I switched over to PSP from Fireworks, I found that the hardest part, for me anyway, was that I could not apply effects to vector objects, nor could an effect be saved as a style or copied from one creation to another, something I was used to doing in Fireworks. When I started using PSP, I began keeping notes and writing up mini tutorials for myself so that I could remember what I did on a particular graphic. Some of the below tutorials are a result of those notes/mini tuts, I hope you enjoy them. Feedback is always welcome : )
